Our dancercise classes meet Mondays (10 - 10:45) and Wednesdays (1 - 1:45) at Deckham Village Hall. No need to book ahead.

If you're looking for a gentle exercise class, Easy Does It would be perfect for you. Our class runs Mondays (11 - 11:45) at Deckham Village Hall. No need to book ahead.

LIFE Programme Circuits

For a fast-paced circuits workout, join us every Friday (11:40 - 12:25) at Deckham Village Hall. No need to book ahead.

Staying Steady

Our flagship postural stability programme, Staying Steady, is designed to improve core strength and balance and is recognised as evidence-based falls prevention exercise. Staying Steady spaces are limited, so please contact us to join our waiting list. Our classes currently run:

Wednesday (1 - 3) at St. Mary's Centre in Whickham

Thursday (10 - 11:30) at St. Joseph's Church Hall in Blaydon

Thursday (12 - 1:30) at St. Helen's Church Hall in Low Fell

Thursday (2 - 3:30) at Deckham Village Hall

Tai Chi

Tai Chi is another evidence-based falls prevention exercise. We offer two classes each week -- Tuesdays (10:30 -11:30 and 11:45 - 12:45) at Deckham Village Hall. No need to book ahead.

Tea Dance

Our weekly tea dance is a fantastic way to meet new people, learn some new dances, and enjoy a proper afternoon tea! Every Friday (1 - 3) at Deckham Village Hall.
