Staying Steady makes a real impact on the lives of older people

Staying Steady is our postural stability exercise programme.  Over twenty weeks, participants work to improve their core strength, balance, and agility with the long-term goal of preventing falls.  We'd like to introduce Bob and Alma, two recent graduates of the programme.
